Police Data Pipelines
OPEN QUESTION: CISC board minutes — new research path
CISC confirmed it will provide all board meeting minutes responsive to the CORA request, and some are posted on cisc.colorado.gov. These minutes may contain: governance discussions about federal access or the ICE contract, when specific agencies joined, any internal concerns raised about data sharing, and budget line items related to LexisNexis. This is the richest remaining primary source available without a whistleblower. Action: Pull all publicly posted minutes from cisc.colorado.gov before they are removed or updated. Cross-reference with CORA-produced minutes when returned.
